Hi everyone, and welcome to The Workout Equipment website. Getting fit and losing weight has been a struggle of mine for a long time and I have purchased numerous products to help me on the journey to regain my health, look and feel better.
I was under impression that all I have to do is go jogging and that will solve everything. Well, let’s just say that wasn’t very efficient so I started looking for alternatives. They came in the form of workout equipment that can be used in your own home.
This has helped me a lot, and now I would like to help you achieve your goals.
Over time, I learned what kind of equipment to use for a specific muscle group or full-body workout, which supplements to take, what kinds of diets are most efficient… and now I want to offer others some insight into many of these as well and help them on their journey.
THE THING THAT REALLY MADE ME GOING FOR IT
As many of you may know, being an overweight child isn’t easy. You get picked on and not necessary but you probably suck at sports and so on.
Later, through life things got easier but I never felt content with my own appearance, and I suppose that was the reason for not having much luck with the girls either.
But, I could say that all of that is pretty irrelevant compared to what happened about two years ago. I ended up with pretty bad hypertension and that’s what MADE ME GOING FOR IT. Because, I had two choices, listen to a doctor and take medication or try to deal with it naturally and lose a significant amount of weight. Since I have heard from people with the same problem that those medications make you feel sleepy and going to the toilet all the time, I chose to do it naturally and lose weight. It worked, after losing 40 pounds I feel great and my blood pressure is back to normal. So, anything can be done if we put our minds and hard work into it.
WHY DO I CARE?
I know the feeling of carrying all that extra weight with you all the time, and also how it influences health. So many people are trying to lose weight, gain some muscles or get back their health but with little or no success.
Being through that kind of situation, I can sympathize with you and share my journey, and help you guys with choosing equipment and everything else that will help you on the way and speed up the process.

There is no point in doing things the wrong way, with no help, no equipment, no motivation, and no advice. A lot can be done in just an hour in the comfort of your own home and most important when you have time for it. This can lead to a happier and healthier life.
