How Does It Perform?
TR200 is capable of speeds between 0.5-10 mph thanks to the 2.25 HP electric motor, enough for the majority of the people. It has excellent variations of exercises because of the 12 preset and one 
manual program that can be adjusted to your liking and capabilities. Keeping track of the data it provides is a piece of cake on its 5.5 Inch Blue backlit LCD display. Heart rate is monitored with the help of the sensors built in the side handles. Speed, time, distance, and calories burned while exercising are shown on the monitor.
There are three buttons below the LCD, they are used for fast direct speed change to 3, 6, or 9 mph. Speed can also be adjusted with up or down buttons at the console. Incline can be set manually into three positions giving even greater variation to the workout. It is well-known that running can be very hard on the joints, Xterra provided a solution to that problem called Xtrasoft cushioned deck which is part of this foldable treadmill. It absorbs the force during running thus putting less force back to the joints. The declared maximum user weight on this machine is 250 lbs.
